transformers watch!

i used to loooove this watch! i remember having a couple of them when i was a kid and i used to love playing with them all the time. I showed this picture to a couple of friends and co-workers and somehow none of them knew what it was or recognized it at all. When i saw it i had such a feeling of nostalgia that i just wanted to show em and make them share the moment with me(corny?) but they all disappointed me, so does anyone out there recognize this? if you do come and share this moment with me ;p
