This is an open invitation to all single kuwaity men and women to attend kuwait's a many-times-a-year annual event held at a local hotel ballroom or a new cool venue that will be out of style next year. Timing is, as conditions of lighting dictate, will be after dark. Conditions at the convention will be mildly hot as to give to the many faces a beautiful glow and shine.
